Big Bag We provide various big bag, jumbo bag or bulk bag.FIBCs flexible bulk container bags have many advantages. They are damp proof, dustproof, radiation proof, strong, durable and cost effective. They are convenient for loading and discharging. They are mainly used for packing of chemical products, cement, food, mineral products etc., contents including powder, granular & piece. Safety loading weight: 0.5-3 metric tons. Volume: 500-2300L safety data: Up to customer's choice (3: 1, 5: 1, 6: 1). PP/HDPE WOVEN SACKS We re-con a wide variety of HDPE / PP bags. Plain / Gusseted / Anti – skid weave. The bags are tailor made with all possible dimensions, colour and weight specified by our esteemed customer. Our HDPE / PP Woven sacks ranges are. Mesh: 7 to 14 Size: 30 – 90 cm Stitching : Chain / Lock stitch Top: Single fold single stitch Bottom: Single fold double stitch LAMINATED HDPE / PP WOVEN SACKS Lamination of HDPE and PP can be done according to the specification Coating method PP lamination for PP bags. LDPE lamination for HDPE bags. Micron 20 - onwards Lamination type - Plain / gusseted bag with edge trimmed. - Outside / inside   We would also make micro perforation for air vent (air escapes through the pores while filling your product)   PP/LDPE/HM-HDPE Liner Bags We re-con HM-HDPE / LDPE liner bags. As per our customer's use we would insert the liner bags inside the HDPE / PP bags or pack them separately. Microns : 25 - 150 Width : 30 cm to 75 cm Bottom Seal : --single / double. -- 1 to 5 mm sealing. The liner bag can be inserted in the HDPE / PP woven sacks with its top & both Bottom stitched together / top hemmed / bottom stitched / liner top cuffed Multi-wall paper bags are scientifically proven to : - Preserve freshness - Reduce Infestation - Resist moisture - Lock in odours - Reduce or eliminate chemical preservatives. Multi-wall paper bags can be easily transported by truck and containers for shipments.
